Removable Wallpaper is becoming a Hot, New Trend! 5
Hi all!
How is your week going? Mine has been super hectic. My daughter turned 11 (sniff). I still can’t quite believe it. I know everyone says it, but she its REALLY growing up too fast! I took the day off on Monday to take the family to a Water Park. The day before forecasted possible thunderstorms so we booked at CoCo Key http://www.cocokeywaterresort.com/locations/danvers/ in Massachusetts. It is indoors and has a bunch of water slides, obstacle courses, and water basketball (We played a fun game of H.O.R.S.E). It was a BLAST!!!
After that, I had to play catch up with a LOAD of printing, phone calls and emails and did not get a chance to write. BOO!
One of the major things we are printing this week is a collaboration with The National Guild of Professional Paperhangers. They have a convention coming up with some hands on training to install removable wallpapers and murals and have asked Customized Walls to donate some of our AMAZING designs. We were happy to help and got a very generous donation of some material from the manufacturer of our print media. After some hours of choosing and prepping files, we are ready to go! In about a month, we will have some photos of their event and short video for you to take a look at. Very Exciting!
And, of course it goes along with the reason we build our business. Removable Wallpaper and Wall Murals are the future. More and more people want to customize their space and make it unique. And when they move or change style, they want EASY removal of the wallpaper without the mess of steaming or scraping. Enter in Customized Walls!
Here are some fantastic designs that I think you will LOVE:
Peacock Patterns have become a recent trend. We can make this image large (like this) or smaller and expand out the pattern. We can change the colors to match your paint choices.
I LOVE this giraffe wallpaper pattern. Again, we can expand this out or make the pattern HUGE. Colors can be YOUR choice. This would make a dramatic accent wall that would blow away your guests.
Who doesn’t like a good polka dot pattern. I love the colors in this design but could be changed to match your paint or a contrasting color that you just LOVE!
This is a dramatic coloring for a stripe. I love it! Would you change the colors?
Another option is removable wall murals. This tropical beach image is a BEST SELLER. The color and contrasting to the rustic wood adds both depth and a brightening to any room.
This Flower wall mural is one of my favorites. I have it in my bedroom at home. It’s relaxing and pretty while still bright and cheerful. I love that I can remove it if I want a change of pace with no mess or fuss.
I hope you enjoyed reading today. Let me know what you think of removable wallpaper and wall murals.
Have a great weekend!

You need some original art, and photography for designs. I love the idea of removable wall paper, but I will be honest the samples you show, may work into a kid’s room or some type of a theme room, but I think the imagery should be much more sophisticated, and the photography, should be original, not stock.
You could market the imagery as “limited” or “private collections” and make your client feel like they are investing in art rather than wall paper, but at a wallpaper price.
I’m just thinkin out loud

I agree, Scott! We do license art and add new images to the site. We are adding a randomizer on our image searches so that the new images come up first rather than last. People do need to see some of the great original art we do have. Are you interested in licensing your art?

Have a great day!

Great to see someone else thinking outside the box! We offer two different types of media that are used for this application with different pricing, one is applied with a paste, (making it permanent) and the other is self adhesive and repositionable. It would be great to see some examples of rooms with before and after shots.
